New Chief Executive at ProShare

ProShare, the not-for-profit organisation that encourages wider share ownership and promotes investor education, has announced that Michelle Doughty, successful author of ‘The Joy of Money’ will succeed Diane Hay as Chief Executive.
Michelle Doughty will take up the post on 5 April 2004. A former City stockbroker and a financial journalist, she joins ProShare from the Royal Shakespeare Company where she was employed as a Major Donor Fundraiser.
