Ellen Ryan will present The Essentials of Leadership at April’s Fundraising Management 2004 conference.
Ellen Ryan, Director of The Potential Centre, is presenting one of the Management and Leadership workshops at the first Fundraising Management conference in April.
Ellen’s session on The Essentials of Leadership will address the issue of what makes great leaders so effective? The workshop will identify the key skills and characteristics of effective leaders and essential communication skills for motivating and releasing potential. Managing change, diverse thinking and succession planning will also be discussed.

Fundraising Management 2004 will be held on 20 and 21 April 2004 at the Hammersmith Novotel London.
