Over 40% of staff at Lloyds TSB voted for NSPCC and its sister organisation Children 1st in Scotland as the company’s Charity of the Year 2004.

Other charities in the vote were the British Heart Foundation and Leukaemia Research.

Lloyds TSB hopes to raise £750,000 for the charities during the year, mainly through employee fundraising. In addition the bank will be selling the charities’ pin badges in all of its branches and administrative sites during September and October 2004.
