Ipswitch supports Save the Children

Ipswitch, Inc, the supplier of Internet productivity software such as the popular WS_FTP Pro that is used to upload thousands of Web sites, is to raise funds for Save the Children UK.

Ipswitch, Inc. is partnering with Unipalm, a
specialist distributor of Internet technology solutions, to raise money
for Save the Children UK. This follows the success of the company’s Charitable Giving Programme in 2002 when Ipswitch donated $6000 to the NSPCC.

The amount that Ipswitch donates to the international children’s charity could rise as Unipalm breaks through target thresholds during the final months of 2003.

Earlier this year Ipswitch launched a
goal to donate $1 million through Child Poverty Initiatives by December
2005.

Back in the mid-1990’s UK Fundraising’s pages were uploaded for a while using an early version of WS_FTP.
