Could Do Better book raises £11,000 for Dyslexia Institute

Howard Lake | 9 October 2003 | News

The Dyslexia Institute has received over £11,000 from the royalties of the ‘Could Do Better’ book, which was published by Pocket Books and edited by Catherine Hurley.

From Winston Churchill, Michael Palin to Charlotte Church, ‘Could Do Better’ is a selection of often hilarious, sometimes poignant, school reports of the great and the good, both real and fictional. The book first went on sale as a hardback during October 2002 but the paperback version was launched just last week during Dyslexia Awareness Week (29th September – 4th October).

A second ‘Could Do Better’ book is planned for Dyslexia Awareness Week 2004.
