New grants policies from Bridge House Trust

Howard Lake | 29 May 2003 | News

The Bridge House Trust has published its new policies for the next five years.

Details are published in their new Main and Small Grants brochures, and all the new programme details have been posted on the Trust’s Web site.

There are new application forms for both programmes and these can be downloaded in Microsoft Word (for PC) and Adobe Acrobat/PDF formats from the Web site.

As in previous years, the Small Grants Programme targets small organisations with annual incomes of £50,000 or less. Organisations do not have to be registered charities but must be properly constituted and be undertaking charitable activity. The Trust has expanded the programme to cover the whole of Greater London and there are no deadlines/closing dates. “We aim to process all applications to the Trust within four months of receipt,” says a Trust spokesman.

To receive a copy of the Trust’s new “Guidelines for Applicants” pack, send you name, organisation and address to br**************@**************ov.uk stating clearly in the subject line which programme you would like – Main or Small Grants. The application pack will include a brochure, application form and ./guidance notes. E-mail rather than the ‘phone is the Trust’s preferred method of communication for requests for application packs.

Demand is expected to be high so the Trust regrets that there might be a short delay in sending out packs. Which is another good reason to find and download the details from its Web site.
