Call Centre picks up Investors in People award

Fundraising and marketing agency The Phone Room (TPR) has been recognised as an Investor in People (IIP).

The prestigious IIP award, an official government standard for staff training and development, was conferred on TPR after two years of formal assessments.

Vanessa Bradley, who headed TPR’s bid, said:

“I am extremely pleased that all of our hard work over the last couple of years has paid off. Call Centres traditionally have a bad reputation for valuing and investing in their people. We have never believed that this should be the case! Over the last couple of years, we have embarked on a targeted and consistent level of staff training and development.”
