Michael Jackson show "in breach of charity law"
A London concert next month by singer Michael Jackson is breaching charity law, according to an investigation by SocietyGuardian. Sergent Cancer Care, a charity stated as benefiting from the fundraising event, says it has not signed a commercial participator contract with the event’s promoter, thereby contravening Part II of the Charities Act 1992.
