The Guardian today reports that WWF, the Worldwide Fund for Nature, is undertaking a legal proceeding against the World Wrestling Federation to protect its identity in terms of use of the three letters WWF.
The charity’s action is based on claims that the World Wrestling Federation went back on an agreement drawn up six years ago which restricted the use of the initials WWF on the Internet and in other places.
