Staple reference guide for fundraisers Who’s Who is likely to be available online later this year following the buyout of publishers A&C Black by publishing company Bloomsbury. Who’s Who will form part of Bloomsbury’s expanding Internet reference arm, which already includes the Microsoft Encarta World Dictionary.
