Party leader William Hague has announced that the Conservative Party is thinking about funding small Christian and community charities using a “voucher” scheme.

Party leader William Hague has announced that the Conservative Party is thinking about funding small Christian and community charities using a “voucher” scheme. The vouchers, worth about £35, would enable adults to donate to their favourite local charity. The money would be funded from authorities’ discretionary grant funding.
