Charity newspaper makes online appeal for local disaster victims

Philanthropy News Network, the US online charity magazine and news service, regularly features innovative uses of the Internet by charities and fundraisers. Ironically, the company is currently encouraging readers to donate online to help victims of Hurricanes Dennis and Floyd. Both hurricanes caused extensive damage in Eastern North Carolina, near where PNN is based.
Donations are being sought for the N.C. Hurricane Floyd Disaster Relief Fund.
