Web-Fishing, a “first-ever charity online game”, offers Internet surfers the opportunity to make a $5 to $750 credit card donation and enter themselves in a competition.

The online game is a fishing contest where you have to cast a fishing line to try to reel in a big fish. The winner with the biggest fish will receive software and jewelry gift certificates. Forty prizes are on offer, worth more than $3,500.

The game is being run in aid of the Children’s Hospital of Boston. The game was developed with services donated by ObjectSoft, C-Systems, Microsoft, and with help from Hewlett Packard.
