Changes in Blackbaud Europe's senior management team

Blackbaud’s recent acquisition of marketing and CRM specialist Convio has resulted in some changes to its European senior management team, led by managing director Jerome Moisan.
Former Convio UK managing director Martin Campbell, who founded Baigent Digital, takes up a new post as Blackbaud Europe’s director of innovation and strategy. Jim Raymond, who was formerly Operations Director at Baigent Digital and then Convio UK, will be joining Blackbaud Europe’s Professional Services team, headed by Ash Hussain. One of the first new services from the team will be the ‘Digital Review’, a “comprehensive audit service to help charities understand how they can more rapidly reach their goals using digital technology”.
Patrick Dillon will head up Blackbaud Europe’s enterprise sales team alongside Elliott Gowan, who manages core market sales, and Julia Woodcock, former head of marketing at Convio UK, will now lead marketing at Blackbaud Europe.
All other Convio team members will be integrated into the Blackbaud Europe team.
Jerome Moisan, Blackbaud Europe’s managing director, said: “Blackbaud’s experience in CRM and fundraising, Convio’s expertise in cloud-based marketing and fundraising solutions, and Baigent Digital’s online fundraising, creative and digital heritage is a powerful combination for the UK market as charities streamline the way they operate and try to maximise the potential of digital channels.”
