Invisible Grantmakers 2012 published

Howard Lake | 14 March 2012 | News

The fifteenth annual edition of Invisibile Grantmakers has been published this week. The resource for trust fundraisers and prospect researchers, published by Social Partnership Marketing LLP, lists 100 grantmaking trusts that “do not feature in the most widely used trust reference sources”. This year, the trusts have a combined annual income value of £40 million and annual grantmaking potential of around £19 million.
Each annual edition is different, with no trust featured twice. Trusts’ entries in Invisible Grantmakers include an outline of their giving preferences, stated giving criteria, and references to past grants made. They also include the latest figures for income, assets and grants, together with the names of trustees and full contact details for the trust. Those trustees with a high net worth as individuals are indicated, as are those with trustee links to other charities.
The directory is published in a limited edition of 500 copies, and costs £115.
Meanwhile, there are copies of Invisible Grantmakers 2011 and The IG Compendium available at a discount price.
Social Partnership Marketing also publish the Charity First Series of titles featuring expert fundraising advice by a range of sector specialists.
