Entries open to Irish Fundraising Awards 2011

Entries are now open to the 2011 Irish Fundraising Awards. There are awards categories for organisations and two for individuals.
Organisation categories are Best Corporate/Charity Partnership, Best Direct Marketing Campaign, Most Innovative Fundraising Campaign, and Best Event. Categories for individuals are Best Emerging Fundraiser and National Fundraiser of the Year. There is no charge to make a nomination for members of Fundraising Ireland. Non-members must pay a nominal fee of €25 per nomination.
The deadline for nominations is 13 May 2011 and the awards will be announced on the evening of 16 June, in The Gibson Hotel, Point Village, Dublin 1. They will be hosted by RTE presenter, Mary Kennedy.
Now that Fundraising Ireland has joined the European Fundraising Association (EFA), the winners of the National Fundraiser of the Year and Most Innovative Fundraising Campaign categories will be chosen to represent Ireland at the Global Fundraising Awards 2011, at the International Fundraising Congress in Holland.
