NCVO offers £500 bursaries to improve charities' governance

NCVO’s ‘Cracking the Code’ is a bursary scheme for small infrastructure organisations in England to help them improve their governance based on all, or any, of the principles set out in Good Governance: A code for the Voluntary and Community Sector.
NCVO will provide up to £500 for qualifying organisations to undertake this. In return they require a case study to be written up and for the knowledge and experience gained to be shared with other local organisations.
The next deadline is 30 June 2009.
