Howard Lake | 26 February 2008 | News

The 20 most expensive streets to live in have been announced by house price website Mouseprice. Top of the list is Courtenay Avenue, in London’s Hampstead where the average house price has risen to £6,803,900.
This is followed by Chelsea Square and Manresa Road, both in London’s SW3. Indeed, 15 of the top 20 streets are in Kensington and Chelsea.
Bottom of the list at number 20 was Cottesmore Gardens, W8, where the average price is a mere £4,656,500.
