Tobin Aldrich and Imogen Ward launch leadership consulting and recruitment service

Senior fundraising and communications leaders Tobin Aldrich and Imogen Ward have launched a leadership consulting and recruitment practice. Aldrich & Ward is designed to help charities and social businesses “develop and implement organisational strategies that focus on identifying and recruiting the best talent in the sector to secure success”.
Specifically the pair aim to help organisations maximise their resources to create and increase sustainable income.
In addition they will operate a search and recruitment service to help organisations find the leaders necessary to help achieve these aims.
Aldrich will mostly lead on the consulting activity and Ward will lead the search practice, but both will collaborate depending on the needs of individual clients.

Leadership track record

Between them Aldrich and Ward have over 40 years’ experience of senior leadership in UK, Irish and international charities. They have raised tens of millions of pounds for large and small organisations.
Aldrich led the fundraising and communications functions for charities such as Concern Worldwide, WWF, Sightsavers and National Deaf Children’s Society. Ward is currently CEO of an African children’s charity, Lessons for Life Foundation, having previously worked as Fundraising & Marketing Director of emergency medical charity MERLIN (now part of Save the Children UK). Before that she was Executive Director of the Environmental Investigation Agency.
Their new service is already working with large and small charities in the UK and internationally, including Action Aid, Macmillan Cancer Support, Prisoners Abroad and WWF Caucasus.
Imogen Ward said:
