Charities to benefit from Fortune Forum Summit
The British Red Cross is to benefit from the Fortune Forum Summit on 26 September, billed as a glamorous evening of inspirational speeches and world-class entertainment.
The evening, which takes place at Old Billingsgate in London, marks the launch of the Fortune Forum Club, which brings together corporate leaders, opinion formers and wealthy individuals to become drivers of social change.
There will be an auction during the evening and each of the four charities chosen to participate – British Red Cross, Wateraid, African Renaissance and Alliance for a New Humanity – will benefit from the proceeds of an auction lot. The charities will also share a percentage of the ticket sales net profits.

Fortune Forum plans to gather world leaders, influential entrepreneurs and international policy makers at future meeting to brainstorm innovative strategies to complement the work of major charities and NGOs.
This first meeting sees former US President Bill Clinton give the keynote speech. He will be joined by other high profile speakers including actor Michael Douglas and environmentalist Zac Goldsmith. Yusuf Islam – the former 70s singer Cat Stevens – will make his first live appearance for 27 years alongside Eurythmics’ Dave Stewart.
Tickets for the event are priced from £1,000.
