The video that accompanies the song features Sophie Grace Holmes and depicts some of the realities of life with cystic fibrosis. The charity is seeking funding for research to help ensure that cystic fibrosis is no longer a life-limiting condition.

Cystic Fibrosis Trust is encouraging the public to share the video, and also to make a donation, take part in its fundraising events, and to help it campaign for better services and care for people with cystic fibrosis.
