IoF East Midlands group launches buddy scheme

The East Midlands group of the Institute of Fundraising is the latest group to introduce a mentoring scheme for members. Their ‘Buddy Scheme’ is designed to help improve the professional and personal development of members, whether they act as a mentor or mentee.
The IoF East Midlands Buddy Scheme is being run initially as a trial and on an informal basis. It is open only to IoF members.
Other IoF groups that run mentoring schemes include IoF London, North West, North East, Northern Ireland, and South West.

The Fundraising Institute of Ireland also runs a mentoring programme.
