Vouchers appear for Sainsbury’s Active Kids 2015

Sainsbury’s has begun its 2015 Active Kids campaign, offering vouchers that can be exchanged for sports equipment, cooking utensils and toolkits to help children lead healthy lifestyles.
Active Kids vouchers can be collected from 28 January until 5 May 2015 at all Sainsbury’s stores, petrol stations and when ordering groceries online.
One voucher is earned for every £10 spent in a single transaction at Sainsbury’s supermarkets, and one is earned for every £5 spent in a single transaction at Sainsbury’s Locals.

First 10 years

Sainsbury’s Active Kids was first run in 2005. Since then, as of August 2014, it has provided over £150 million worth of equipment and experiences.

Two kinds of vouchers

This year, in addition to the standard vouchers used in previous years, you might also receive a smaller till-printed paper voucher. Both are of course eligible for collection this year.
Tara Hewitt, Head of Sponsorship for Sainsbury’s said: “

“Since launching Active Kids ten years ago we have seen sport and nutrition become prolific in the classroom, and we’re proud to have helped so many schools and groups to bring these subjects to life by donating over £150million of equipment and experiences over this time. Active Kids vouchers are now back in stores ready to be collected and exchanged for our biggest ever collection of sports equipment, cooking utensils and toolkits to help kids make healthy lifestyles second nature.”
