Major Donors book published
“Major Donors: Finding Big Gifts in Your Database and Online” has been published by John Wiley & Sons Inc.
The book is designed to help nonprofit managers, staff, and volunteers develop Internet and database prospecting strategies as an integral part of their overall fundraising plans. It includes a chapter by UK Fundraising’s Howard Lake.
The authors are encouraging fundraisers to buy a copy today, 10 April 2006, purely to try to get the book into the Amazon bestseller list. Indeed, they are offering an incentive to do so – a never-before published supplement that provides tips on “Researching Individual Prospects Online.”
