New Marketing Manager at World Emergency Relief
International development charity World Emergency Relief (WER) has appointed Amy Whiddett as Marketing Manager.
The role, a newly created position, will see Amy manage and develop WER’s promotional materials, including a quarterly magazine and annual report. She will also be responsible for the management of WER’s website and will work closely with the charity’s Media and Development Manager to develop WER’s donor programmes.
Before joining WER, Amy spent three years working as a teacher in Rwanda with Voluntary Services Overseas (VSO), where she taught at a secondary school in Nyanza. She then worked for War Child UK as PR and Marketing Assistant.
