Co-op Bank doubles its affinity card payment to Oxfam

The Co-operative Bank will, for a limited period, give double its usual £15 donation to Oxfam for every new Oxfam VISA Credit Card taken out.
Until 30 June 2005 the Co-operative Bank will donate £30 to Oxfam for each new card. The other donation elements of the partnership remain unchanged: a further donation of £2.50 will be made if the card is used within the first six months of being opened, and 25p will be donated for every £100 spent using the card or transferred to the card.
The Co-operative Bank provides four types of Oxfam credit card, all of which are designed to suit the needs of different customers, from those that want to borrow to those that want to pay off their balance in full each month.

Oxfam VISA cards have raised over £2 million for Oxfam’s work since they were launched in 1994.
