We’ve had fundraising dinners, lunches, tea-parties, coffee mornings, so it was about time a charity took over the breakfast slot for its fundraising campaign.

In Breast Cancer Awareness month Breakthrough Breast Cancer is encouraging supporters to hold fundraising breakfasts and invite friends and family round.

The Breakfast for Breakthrough campaign is being supported by cereal manufacturer Kellogg’s and its Special K brand. The company is offering a fundraising pack for download from its Web site, and is encouraging supporters to register details of their events on the site.
