Culture Online makes first grant announcements

The government’s initiative to link technology, the arts and education, has announced its first grants.
Culture Online will fund up to 30 projects over the next year with its £13 million budget. The first seven recipients of grants have been announced by Arts Minister Estelle Morris. They include Every Object Tells a Story, an initiative to help people make connections between their personal possessions and objects and those in museums.
