Lesley James, Vice Chair of I CAN, the charity which helps children with speech and language difficulties, has become a Commander of the Order of the British Empire in the 2003 New Year Honours.

I CAN Chief Executive Sue Edelman said: “The List aims to reward people who have really changed things in the UK. Lesley has made a huge contribution to I CAN, particularly in supporting the charitys fundraising activities and organisational development.”
