Delegates at this month’s Institute of Fundraising Convention will hear a call for a more sophisticated approach to recruiting fundraisers.
Consultant Valerie Morton will chair a seminar on the need for improvement in fundraising recruitment. She says that the fundraising sector shows “limited innovation” in fundraising recruitment.
