Over ten per cent of donations to the 2001 Guardian Christmas Appeal were given online.
Over ten per cent of donations to the 2001 Guardian Christmas Appeal were given online. The appeal raised £333,000 in three weeks of which £34,000 was donated online using Poptel’s secure online giving service. These online donations comprised 585 transactions with an average of approximately £58.
