Australian Salvation Army officer killed while fundraising

In a sad reminder of the need to include safety briefings for all involved in public fundraising activities, a Salvation Army officer has been killed while collecting from door to door. Mr Peter Dominish was hit by a car in North Sydney while collecting for the Red Shield appeal.

In a sad reminder of the need to include safety briefings for all involved in public fundraising activities, a Salvation Army officer has been killed while collecting from door to door. Mr Peter Dominish was hit by a car in North Sydney while collecting for the Red Shield appeal. The car reportedly veered off the road before hitting Mr Dominish.
