Single item online charity auction

A Hull-based charity is running an online auction to raise funds with just one lot. The Sailors’ Families’ Society, a Hull (England) based charity supporting the children of deceased, disabled and disadvantaged seafarers is auctioning a Trinket Box which was donated to the Society by Princess Diana for raising funds. Bids have reached £3000 and over 6000 visits have been made to the Web site so far.
