Free career coaching offer for budding working class campaigners
The Right Ethos is offering free Career Coaching sessions for people from a working class background at the start of their charity sector career, looking to break into campaigns, communications and external affairs jobs.
The Right Ethos specialises in external affairs recruitment for the nonprofit sector. It first offered the free sessions in 2020 in celebration of its 13th birthday, with two on offer for each year of the company. The sessions are for people under 26, who have never had paid work in the sector. The sessions generally take place via ZOOM, and 11 are still available.
To apply there are a series of questions to answer, with the strongest applications receiving a free session.
