New IDPE Development Awards celebrate schools’ fundraising & engagement

IDPE has launched its inaugural IDPE Development Awards, aimed at recognising creativity and innovation in the fundraising and engagement work of school development teams.
There are four categories in the IDPE Development Awards, which are free to enter:

- Schools’ Development Newcomer of the Year, for an individual who has demonstrated creativity and/or innovation through specific initiatives that have had significant impact on relationships and/or fundraising within their school or the wider sector
- Fundraising Campaign of the Year, for a school that has raised the fundraising bar through creativity and/or innovation in a fundraising campaign
- Engagement Campaign of the Year, for community engagement within a campaign that has brought stakeholders together in support of a key innovation
- Lifetime Achievement / IDPE Fellowship Award, for individuals who have made a significant contribution to schools’ development, such as a development professional, head, bursar or governor
The closing date for entries is 21st April, and the awards ceremony will be held on 12th June at the IDPE Annual Conference.
