UNICEF invites you to put your money where your mouth is at New Year

Unicef UK is inviting the public to make a New Year resolution to support the charity in helping Syrian children during 2016. To make it it easy it is providing a DIY video singing selfie with Unicef-blue lips!
It has created a video of a blue-lipped mouth committing to the resolution. To take part people simply have to download a free app available from Google Play or the Apple App store. Then they hold their phone up to their mouth, press play on the app and let the phone sing along to the song while they dance. They can then get a friend to film them, or film themselves with their friends (a “mouth-mob”).
Unicef shares details on how to put the singing mouth on your mouth.
When sharing the resolution with the hashtag #HappyBlueYear Unicef invites participants to text NYE to 70060 to donate £3, and nominate their friends to join in when posting the video via social media.
Donations made to the campaign will be doubled by the UK government.
