Galaxy Hot Chocolate Fund to give 85 £300 grants

The Galaxy Hot Chocolate Fund returns next month for 2015/16, offering 85 awards of £300 to “warm hearted community projects and people”.
The awards, now in their fifth year, will be donated over a 17-week period. Applications to the Galaxy Hot Chocolate Fund from local charities, organisations and people are now open.
The campaign opens on 2 November 2015. There are two other opportunities available to small and local charities before the campaign gets underway.
1. Free hot chocolate
The Fund is also offering free jars and sachets of hot chocolate to groups that might find this useful. Applications for these are open until 31 October.
2. Hot Chocolate Parties
This year there is also a chance to win one of five Galaxy Hot Chocolate Parties. These will feature Galaxy Hot Chocolate, Galaxy Chocolate and Galaxy Cake.
