TalkTalk Digital Heroes Awards offer up to £10k for technology for social good
The TalkTalk Digital Heroes Awards are open for nominations with the aim of recognising people who harness digital tools to bring about positive social change.
Run in association with Citizens Online and The Mirror and backed by Go ON UK, this is the eighth year in which TalkTalk has championed people who use technology for good.
Each Digital Hero selected receives £5,000 and the overall Digital Hero will receive £10,000. The winners will all have their work showcased to politicians and leading figures in technology at a ceremony at the House of Commons.

There are ten categories of award, including a new category for Internet Safety.
The Next Generation Digital Hero will recognise a young person who will win £4,000 for their chosen charity and an Apple MacBook Air for themselves.
Two of the other eight categories are for using technology for fundraising and for volunteering.
The ten category winners are selected by a public vote.
Nominations for the TalkTalk Digital Heroes Awards close on 24 July 2015.
