Nepali community gives surprise thank you to fundraising runner

Julius Billones plans to raise funds for the Disasters Emergency Committee’s Nepal Earthquake Appeal by running 100 km in two days. He got a very unexpected thank you even before his run, while he was out training.
Julius thought that the DEC was making a documentary about his fundraising. But the charity was really there to record this thank you for being a ‘fundraising hero’. To say thank you for his effort, members of the UK Nepali community came out to greet him as he ran through the countryside.
