Fundraisers are at the top of small charities’ wish lists, according to early findings from this quarter’s Small Charity Index.

21% of respondents said that, if they had the budget, a fundraiser position would be the next position they recruit.

The FSI is sharing the survey findings to highlight its Diploma in Fundraising, “a flexible, transferable and nationally-recognised Diploma in Fundraising, accredited by Pearsons”. The qualification is designed for current and aspiring fundraising managers and leaders.

FSI Accredited Learning offers a Level 3 Award, Certificate or Diploma in Fundraising Practice. These vocational qualifications also covers governance of the voluntary sector and will provide an insight into organisational sustainability and partnership working.
