White Fuse developing a CRM for small charities

Howard Lake | 5 February 2015 | News

Digital agency White Fuse is working on a customer relationship management system (CRM) that is designed especially for small and medium-sized charities.
Humble‘ is in the early stages of development but the London-based agency are clear that it will be a “simple, no-frills” service.
The agency set out to develop a CRM relevant to the needs of smaller charities having seen the frustrations experienced by many such organisations as they tried to integrate and manage their data. They have worked with over 70 UK charities in the past five years.
Humble is being developed to be cloud-based, so that users can access it anywhere, mobile-optimised, and connect to third party tools commonly used by smaller charities such as Mailchimp, Eventbrite, and JustGiving.
White Fuse say that they will charge a monthly fee once it is released but that there will be “a free option for really small charities”.
