Bing Maps and JustGiving integrations added to Donor Strategy

Advanced NFP has expanded the functionality of Donor Strategy, its CRM and fundraising management solution for small-to-medium sized charities, by adding integration with popular third-party tools. These are designed to enhance charities’ engagement activities with donors.
Donor Strategy now includes integration with:
· Bing Maps –  this enables charities to visualise the geographic location of their donors across the UK by representing the CRM’s data on their addresses in map format. This can help depict geographical density of donors and be used to help better target prospects;
· JustGiving – this allows charities to capture donor data from the social giving platform and integrate it within Donor Strategy;
· MailChimp – the email marketing platform enables charities to send personalised and targeted email marketing campaigns to their donors, including regular messages and newsletters, based on data within the Donor Strategy solution; and
· Webconnect – this already enables fundraisers to handle online donations, merchandising and event booking, but will from now on also support online direct debit sign-up to help secure regular donors
Simon Fowler, Managing Director at Advanced Business Solutions (NFP division), explained the reasons for the new integrations. He said:

“Email and online services are increasingly key channels for communications and these new capabilities will help drive better management of campaigns and contribute to an improved return on investment from their fundraising activities.”
