Online giving platform JustGiving has appointed customer experience agency RAPP as its CRM partner in the UK. It will support JustGiving which recently relaunched itself as a “social platform for giving“.
RAPP will help the fundraising provider connect the people who use JustGiving’s site and services to fundraise, from email to mobile and social channels.

Since 2001 JustGiving has helped over 22 million people raise £2 billion for over 13,000 charities. Its social platform is being rolled out in the coming weeks.
