Winners of Scottish Fundraising Awards 2014 announced
The 2014 Scottish Fundraising Awards ceremony was held in Glasgow last night as part of the Institute of Fundraising Scotland’s annual conference. The event recognises Scotland’s outstanding fundraisers over the past year in group and individual categories.
The winners were:

Winner – Bethany Christian Trust (Winter Care Appeal)
Highly commended – Erskine (Coincard Campaign)
Community and events
Winner – The Prince’s Trust Scotland (Lunch with an Old Bag)
Highly commended – International Network of Street Papers (The Big Sell Off)

Winner – Scotland Charity Air Ambulance (Clydesdale Bank partnership)
Highly commended – Mercy Corps (Twinings Tea partnership)
Marketing and communications
Winner – Erskine, D-Day Appeal
Fundraising group of the year
Winner – Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland (2013 Tour de Lauder Committee)
Highly commended – The Kiltwalk (Dunfermline Kiltwalkers) & Marie Curie (The Moray Project)
Volunteer fundraiser of the year
Winner – Arlene Clark (Brightest Star)
Highly commended – Jim Gilchrist (Ayrshire Hospital) & Rikki Black (Ayrshire Hospital)
Arlene Clark, Volunteer Fundraiser of the Year winner, said:
