JustGiving Awards 2014 shortlist includes Stephen Sutton and Pippa Middleton

Online giving platform JustGiving has announced the shortlist for its 2014 Awards, designed to celebrate the most inspiring people who have used JustGiving over the past year to raise funds for the causes they care about.
Over 2,500 nominations were received for the JustGiving Awards 2014. Finalists range in age from 7 to 89 and there is even a fundraising dog and 31-piece marching band!
Public to vote for winners
This year the public is invited to vote, and voting is now open via Facebook. The individual who receives the most votes overall will be awarded the Fundraiser of the Year Award, and JustGiving will also present Special Recognition Awards.
Over 800,000 people have used JustGiving to fundraise over the past twelve months, raising £294 million for charities.

Voting for Charity of the Year is now open and the public can choose from any charity listed on JustGiving.
There will also be an award for Giving App of the Year for the team that creates the most ingenious tech for good.
Winners
The winners will be announced on 25 September at the BFI Southbank, London.
