Getting Started with TikTok: An Introduction to Fundraising & Supporter Engagement

Save the Children to recruit YouTube channel host

Save the Children is inviting applications from the public to act as host for the charity’s YouTube channel.
Many charities publish videos on YouTube but few have focused on the sense of community, tone and even personality that underpin some of the most successful YouTube channels.
Save the Children say that it is looking for a host “to help build our online community, save children’s lives around the world and receive world class media training”.

The successful Save the Children YouTube Content Creator “will be the face of our channel, develop a strategy to increase subscribers and produce regular content for the channel over the course of a year”. They will receive a one-year contract, “world-class media training and the chance to travel internationally”.

The successful vlogger (video blogger) will need multimedia experience and to be able to create powerful video content, and also to curate other video content.
