Shortlist announced in fundraising data and insight awards

The Institute of Fundraising’s Special Interest Group (SIG) for Insight in Fundraising has announced the shortlist of finalists for its Insight in Fundraising Awards 2013.

The awards, now in their second year, showcase best practice and innovation in harnessing data and insight to improve fundraising performance. They also highlight the work and achievements of analysts, database marketers, researchers and online fundraisers.

This year the awards attracted twice as many entries as last year, from which 27 were shortlisted.

The winners will be announced at the Insight in Fundraising Awards Gala Dinner being held on 11 June at Hotel Russell in London's Russell Square. Tickets cost £50 for charities and £80 for non-charities.

New IoF National Award

The Institute of Fundraising has recognised the importance of data-informed insight in fundraising by introducing a new National Award for Best use of Insight. The winner will be announced at the IoF's National Awards on 1 July at the IoF National Convention in London.
