The awards are funded by the London Housing Foundation, Shelter and all of the London boroughs. London Councils runs the awards on their behalf.
The awards were established in 1999 in memory of Andy Ludlow, former director of Housing and Social Services in the London Borough of Haringey.
The closing date for entries is noon on 16 May 2013. The awards ceremony will take place on 17 October 2013.
