Active Kids

Sainsbury’s Active Kids campaign is now open for 2013, offering vouchers for children’s sports kit and experiences through schools and community groups.

Since 2005, over 49,000 nurseries, schools, Scout and Guide groups and sports clubs have shared £123 million worth of sports, cookery and gardening equipment and active experiences through the scheme.

If an organisation has taken part before there is no need to re-register, but organisations should check that the contact names and details are correct as these often change from year to year.

Which organisations are eligible for Active Kids?

The scheme was extended in 2007 to include Scout and Guide groups, in 2010 to include Sport England, Clubmark accredited sports clubs, and in 2011 the scheme also opened to sports clubs in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland that are recognised by their respective National Governing Body of Sport.

How long are vouchers available for?

Active Kids vouchers are available between 30 January and 22 May 2013.

You can collect Active Kids vouchers from all main Sainsbury’s stores, Local stores, petrol stations and with groceries online deliveries. One voucher is earned for every £10 spent in a single transaction at all main stores and for each £5 spent in a single transaction.
