A Romanian weather forecast is presented by a homeless man. The weather is explained from his perspective and that of other people sleeping rough.

The idea, featured on Osocio, originated with Saatchi & Saatchi Berlin but has spread to various countries including Romania, Germany, Russia and soon Switzerland. In each country a homelessness charity is involved in the campaign.

At the end of the forecast the presenter asks viewers to donate to the charity.
